php error after duplicator migration

Hello,

After migrating my website to a diffrent server with the plugin duplicator I get the following errors with PHP;
foreach()
count()
Every plugin that uses these lines of code gives an error back after the migration, but on the original server it is still working properly. Any suggestions?
