Configure control panel title, please

When I'm upgrading or testing different configurations, I'd like to know where the XAMPP control panel is pointing. The title is always "XAMPP Control Panel v3.2.2". I'd like to be able to override that in xampp-control.ini, with a default of the overall XAMPP version. It's fine to have the control panel in the window bar, but I'd really like to know at a glance which version is running. It's especially challenging when I have multiple versions up in different remote desktops as well as Prod, Dev, and Test setups.

I'd make the change myself, but I don't have a Pascal compiler.
