[SOLVED] access to external folder

i'm newbe in this forum
I've a problem.
My php project is located on folder: c:\xampp\htdocs\project
This project works by external link: http://{ip number}/project/index.php

In an external folder i have images. For example c:\folder1\images\image.jpg

I need to have access to this image from a remote device . For example: http://{ip number}/project/{images.folder}/image.jpg
Is it possible?
