Xampp -Apache Won't Start--Help Please

I have been trying to get Apache to start, however every single time I get this same error message:

I've tried changing the ports on the Apache files however, it still doesn't work.

I don't know if this has anything to deal with it, but the program MySQL Workbench (which I use after I start Apache and MySQL)
won't open at all. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated. This is my first forum in which I reached out!

Have you tried setting the control panel to run as admin? It looks like Apache stopped right after it displayed the message about admin privs. I've set the control panel to run as admin. Before doing that, it didn't work. (This really should be part of the installation instructions!!!) Even if your account has admin privs, you need to explicitly tell Windows to use them. You can tell Windows to always run a program (for example, xampp-control.exe) as an administrator by selecting the program in File Explorer and right-clicking properties. Select the Compatibility tab (Security would be too easy!), check "Run this program as an administrator" and either click OK or Change settings for all users. (I do NOT know where this info is on the web. I spent a while looking for it the first time I installed XAMPP and found something that gave me a hint. Then, I poked a stick at it until I found the right place and have used this info several more times.)
