Apache doesn't start

I have tried everything, checked that nothing is possessing 80 and 443 ports and even after that I did change all ports of apache. And after everything I am having same error. but whenever i install it again, it runs then but only for first attempt(you can check the same thing in log too, below).... help me :shock: :shock:

There are much more information you can provide, like apache_start.bat output
