XAMPP : MOVING DRUPAL WEBSITE TO XAMPP

I moved my drupal website to XAMPP

when I typ http://localhost I go the the live website


I changed already the setting in settings.php but it is stilling going to the live website

when I turn of the internet I doesn't do anything

what is the setting that I still need to change
