Website Measurement

Are there any tools or services provided by XAMPP to get details regarding how your website is performing and how safe it is? If yes how can I get/ use it?

Which kind of scale do you know? And which kind of scale do you mean? Can you provide some tools and software and their measurement? I want to get an understanding of what you mean. Kindly give us some examples of good or bad measurements and websites with good or bad measurement. Thx in advance.

I was more interested in the security part (what you asked before but which you left out above)? How to measure security? Of course you can take load time etc., its taken in seconds and milliseconds, you can count unresolved links, you can determine a page size in kilobytes or so, but how to measure security? What is the criteria, what is the dimension, how to measure it?

I got it messed up right there. I'm looking for the performance part and how to improve it. Do you think I missed out any criterias under this?
