Why xampp-control-panel I compiled is different from xampp?

Hi,
I compiled xampp-control-panel from the source ship with xampp-win32-7.0.22-1-VC14.But it looks like different from that one in the package.
The font size is bigger, buttons is bigger,and the panel is bigger too..
So, is the binary in the package is compiled from the source in the package?
