Unable to start the phpmyadmin all of a sudden please help to solve the issue , if it is not easy to solve this i can reinstall and copy the relevent files from the old setup so
that i can use the database and tables.

Kindly tell me what files or directory i need to replace

I am also facking the same issue .... had the problem been fixed, then let us know the resolution..... I tired by reinstalling several times.... Alas the same error message reflecting when I am trying to start the Apache.

Please advise
