Feature req.: Php.ini Debug / Production switch for XAMPP CP

Hi,
I have a feature req.: Php.ini Debug / Production switch for XAMPP CP.

It really takes time to rename Php.ini each time, when I want to disable Xdebug (and related buffering = 0 etc. settings) and when I want just test the normal speed with opcode cache etc. This probably fairy easily doable.
