Cannot see XAMPP Control Panel anymore

I have been using XAMPP a long time. Love it. However, I haven't had it up for a couple of weeks because I've been working on content instead of web development.

Today, when I launch XAMPP, I get the icon on the task bar across the bottom of my windows screen, I see it in my tray, but the GUI for the Control Panel never displays. I can right click on the icon in my system tray to launch Apache and MySQL and I get green lights. But regardless of what I do, I cannot get the normal GUI for the XAMPP Control Panel to display. I've stopped everything (Apache, MySQL, XAMPP), rebooted and restarted XAMPP about 10 times and still no XAMPP Control Panel.

How can I debug this? Is there a XAMPP log or something that might give a clue as to WTH is going on?

Thanks!
