I don't have another programme running in my laptop in the background and even I have uninstalled skype. So,I don't know there is another mysql server running on port:3306..Can you provide me the solution.

Use the XAMPP control panel netstat button, or use Windows Ressourcemonitors network tab, or use third party program TCPView

or send a
Code: Select all
netstat -aon|find ":3306"
command to get the PID (process ID) and find that PID in your windows task manager processes tab...
