XAMPP Crashes at startup - Did change listening port to 8080

XAMPP Version - V3.2.2
Windows 10 Home, Version 1703, OS Build 15063.540, Processor Intel Core I5 CPU, Installed RAM 5 GB, System type 64 Bit
XAMPP Error log - Error log file not generated
SQL runs and stable on port 3306

1:58:10 PM [Apache] Attempting to start Apache app...
1:58:11 PM [Apache] Status change detected: running
1:58:14 PM [Apache] Status change detected: stopped
1:58:14 PM [Apache] Error: Apache shutdown unexpectedly.
1:58:14 PM [Apache] This may be due to a blocked port, missing dependencies,
1:58:14 PM [Apache] improper privileges, a crash, or a shutdown by another method.
1:58:14 PM [Apache] Press the Logs button to view error logs and check
1:58:14 PM [Apache] the Windows Event Viewer for more clues
1:58:14 PM [Apache] If you need more help, copy and post this
1:58:14 PM [Apache] entire log window on the forums

I did change the listening port to 9000 and server host to 9000, SSL port 450, it still crashes with the messages above. Appreciate any help...

Here is additional information, when running control panel in the administrator mode:

4:01:48 PM [main] All prerequisites found
4:01:48 PM [main] Initializing Modules
4:01:48 PM [main] Starting Check-Timer
4:01:48 PM [main] Control Panel Ready
4:01:55 PM [Apache] Attempting to start Apache app...
4:01:55 PM [Apache] Status change detected: running
4:01:56 PM [Apache] Status change detected: stopped
