PHP File Keeps on Running multiple times on XAMPP-Apache

Hi,

I have installed XAMPP v3.2.2 I am running PHP 7.1.7 on Apache web server at port 8080. When I run a single file, it keeps on running multiple times on the server and I have to stop Apache server to stop running the file. Am I missing any configuration for Apache which is causing this issue?
