unable to connect to localhost/phpmyadmin

Hi.. After installing xampp v3.2.2. on windows 10 with success, I am trying now to access localhost/phpmyadmin from mozilla or explorer,
but it shows me "unable to connect". Can you help me;

Did you change any of the default ports?

Yes, in httpd.conf I have changed from 80 to 8082, server name local host from 80 to 802, and in httpd-ssl.conf from listen 443 to listen 44340 . I also deactivate the publishing services WWW

Hm, I don't understand too much because I am newone to all these. I only changed ports 80 and 443 to 10080 and 10443 as shown in https://community.apachefriends.org/f/viewtopic.php?f=22&t=69784&p=239058#, but nothing happened again. Should I change to another port; and if yes , what else;

What I did in the beginning is to change these ports from a youtube video for installing xampp on windows 10

Changing the Apache ports has some sideeffects:

• append port to every request
  the new port needs to be added to every request (e.g.: instead of http://localhost/xampp/index.php to request the orange XAMPP administration page with port 1234 you need to use this url http://localhost:1234/xampp/index,php. This is not needed for the default ports, because if no port is given the default ports based on the protocol (http://, https://, etc) is used.

Is this really difficult to understand?
