How to change the url to mysql.

When i click admin on my XAMPP control panel its cannot find myadmin.. since i don't have the basic localhost access.
so it goes to localhost/phpmyadmin when in fact it needs to go to localhost:10080/phpmyadmin so i have to keep adding the 10080 to the url.
Is there a central point i can go in and change the default url to phpmyadmin.. or no..

Better yet is there a simple way to divert my entire system to localhost/ vice localhost/10080
if changing it all to the shorten one... is a long process, then is there a simple place to change the phpmyadmin for the time being..
