Just installed xampp 7.1.7 for windows

try to start dash board qith localhost/xampp/splash.php and then localhost/xampp/dashboard.php and get nothing

I looked in c:/xampp and dis not see a file for splash or dashboard

Apache and MYSQL are running

What can I do to get access to the dash board

How can I determine if another web server is running,

Simply enter http://localhost

Some applications install a web server and we may not know about it
Is there a way to see if we have one running?
