I have the v3.2.2 version of XAMPP. I clicked on the start button for Apache and MySQL and ALL in red the following message is still there :

How do I fix it? Please take me through step by step fixing this, I am a newbie in this department!

P.S.: 3.2.2 is not the XAMPP version, it is the version number of the XAMPP control panel component only. This component is used in multiple XAMPP versions.

We cannot provide any help without any helpful information.

This is all I have. I am not good in this department of coding..it's not my fault. I have provided like I said all of the information I have.

You already installed WAMP components from an alternative webserver stack (WAMPServer). These processes are still running and capturing the ports the XAMPP components need too.
You should choose what you want to use, WAMPServer or XAMPP and uninstall the one you don't want.

I have used WAMP when I installed Wordpress 4.8? Is WAMP the better version out of both? if yes why?

P.S I am just starting out with my blog.

There is better version between these two.
Choose the one which fits your needs and is better to use for you.

Thats like the question for the best car. It's a personal opinion.
I support XAMPP so i would go with XAMPP instead of WAMP, but i would not say that any of them two is better than the other.
Try both and choose yourself.
