Object not Found!

Hi Everyone,
New to this forum and hope someone can help.
I'm a novice at this sort of thing, so please be patient.
I downloaded and installed Xampp v3.2.2 and followed the instructions on how to install and set up.
When I type htpp://localhost/vipentertainment/ my page doesnt load I get this message:
Object not found!

The requested URL was not found on this server. If you entered the URL manually please check your spelling and try again.

If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.

localhost
Apache/2.4.26 (Win32) OpenSSL/1.0.2l PHP/7.1.7

I have extracted WP into the htdocs folder, changed the wp-config.php but can't get my localhost to work?
Any help would be really appreciated.
