XAMPP DISABLED MY CONNECTION TO MY OWN WEBSITE, HELP!

Hello everyone, I have a very serious issue and I need help.

So, yesterday I was attempting to setup ArmA3sync and I got the program XAMPP to assist with server connection, Now however when ever I try to visit my website for my unit, it responds me with this.

So, I really need your guys help, the one problem is, I uninstalled XAMPP and all of its programs with it, and the next thing that the website starts kicking out connection errors.

The funny thing is that, Only I have this issue, Everyone else in my unit can access the website, Just not me.
