Problem I cannot explain in this subject line

Okay so I am new to using this platform. I am also new to Wordpress and using Xampp.
I was building my website using xampp. I got to a point where I wanted to move the website to a domain hosting service using a YouTube Tutorial. I realised that something was wrong so I tried starting from the beginning again. I used this video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AsdiK62keAc
Cut a long story short, when I want to go to the following url to login to wordpress again I get nothing, just a blank page in the bar above just keeps saying Connecting... http://localhost:8080/wordpress/
I really do not know what to do any longer. I have checked that the config file has the correct information in it as well. I have also checked in mysql to make sure the website address is correct and it is. I have worked for a while to get the site where it is now but now I cannot even log back in again. No wordpress admin page shows up. I am not sure what other information I need to place here so that I can get some assistance.

That is a WordPress issue (not a Xampp issue), you should go for WordPress support. There is a documentation about moving WordPress from one server to another. You will also get tons of usefull links if you enter "move wordpress from localhost to server" into Google. Good luck.
