Is there a recommended minimum hardware requirement?

Is there a recommended minimum hardware requirement -- particularly CPU speed? I have dual core celeron N3350 base freq 1.10ghz-burst freq 2.4ghz and 4GB RAM with operating system win 10 64bit, can I run xampp ver 5.6.30 ?

If your system is able to run Windows 10 or Windows 7 it is also able to run XAMPP from hardwares ressource point of view.
The requirements in the base configuration of XMAPP is really low. Of course that does not mean that all components are running very fast.
