why isen´t it devopled, i know xampp is not recomended for online use, but it will be awesome, because somme people like me uses xampp server online.

Because there are thousands of alternatives for Xampp, there are also thousands of providers for safe webhosting etc. Simply dont use Xampp, use any linux distribution or purchase a webspace.
