For some reason when i try to run the "Shell" from the "XAMPP Control Panel v.3.2.2" I get a "cmd.exe - Application Error" dialog box saying "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142). Click OK to close the application."

I do not have any problems starting and stopping the Apache and MySql servers/services.

any suggestions? I have tried to reinstall XAMPP and still get the same problem.

Ask Google. Enter "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142)".
