Apache Friends Support Forum

Hi I'm running XAMPP 3.2.2.0 on Windows 10. as administrator.
When I double click xampp-control.exe Apache and Mysql both start and I can view localhost sites.
The problem is the xampp control panel never appears
Any ideas what might be the problem?
