If i change listen port .......how to

Hi , i have a server 2016 now has installed 7.1.4 ,because

 Problem detected!
Port 80 in use by "Unable to open process" with PID 4!
Apache WILL NOT start without the configured ports free!
You need to uninstall/disable/reconfigure the blocking application
 or reconfigure Apache and the Control Panel to listen on a different port

so i change listen port to 8080

but if i change to 8080 user need visit my site by http://sample.com:8080 ,how can i set something to visit my site by http://sample.com

Hi,

you can't. Omitting the port always leads in using the protocol default port.
Ad the default port for http is port 80.
