Xampp local host menu bar is not displayed

I tried to connect to the local host and when it is redirected to the page the page is displayed is like one below[img]file:///C:/xampp/xampp,page.PNG[/img]

please tell me what to do?

That is a superold Xampp installation, this "orange" screen has been removed since a couple of years. You should download a newer version and install it. Also you changed the Port to 8080, that is not recommended. If Port 80 is blocked by another application, find that application and change it (or even delete it). The Port 80 is the standard Port for HTTP and should not be changed.
