MySQL shutdown unexpectedly

I got the following error message. How do I disable the blocking application???

I switched to Windows 10 and it worked

I have a problem when I install XAMPP in Windows 10, Macbook Pro 2016.

MySQL can not run on Windows 10, while Apache runs well.

How did it happen?

i am having similar issue too with mySQL shutting down moments after start-up and the error i get is that there's a blockage from an antivirus or an app using the program file. I was editing the httpd-vhosts.conf path on notepad+ when i detected it happened, i quickly put away the app but the problem has persisted since. the antivirus on my pc are one too many to be able to finger which one of them is guilty of the offence but i will appreciate all the help i can get to deactivate the firewalls on them all or if there's anything else i'd rather do. the antivirus i have are Avast free antivirus, avira, window defender and auslogics bootspeed which is having a kind of antivirus attached.
the error i get on the xampp c-panel is pasted below:
