igbinary.dll missing

Can anyone help me in insatlling the igbinary.dll file.Xampp giving me error "Program can't start because php_igbinary.dll is missing from your computer"

php_igbinary.dll is neither part of Xampp, nor there is any entry in php.ini for it. Your Xampp installation must be heavily broken someway, uninstall it and download and install a new one.

Actually this issue come when in install couchbase php-sdk and i have added php_couchbase.dll and libcouchbase.dll in xampp directory. Can you have any information how to run couchbase in xampp .
