new download to local host

I recently downloaded a wordpress site and then downloaded the Divi theme. All worked well!
Now I've downloaded another wordpress site and tried to download the Divi Theme. I have tried many ways. I have worked with the Elegant Themes (Divi) folks and at this point they have all directed me to you.
Is there a reason I cannot seem to download Divi theme on a second wordpress site?
Is there a limit??? I have about 5 sites going, only 1 with Divi theme.
