This is a fresh install of Xampp and I have tried to look up how to fix this however I have turned up short handed. I would like to know which files I should edit to fix this and where to find them. Thank You -TOOL

Ok So I was able to get rid of the placeholder problem so now only one thing remains, the problem regarding the socket data not being read. Is there a probability that the data is being prevented by a fire wall?
