Xampp hangs when altering of creating new Database

For some reason, I cannot get XAMPP to work correctly.
Everything I try to create new DB, or detele existing one, it just hang, at the message "loading" or "processing request"
I got two red warning down bellow, and I have no idea how to fix them, and not sure if they are related to this problem.
Please help.

As you see, these are only warnings and they do not affect anything. Create a user "pma" and grant all rights, if you want to remove that warning, but as already said, that warning does not affect anything.´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´

Okay, but the real problem is hanging though. It hangs whenever a new DB is created or changed.
