I dont know, you gave no information to us. Is that really the "entire log" window? Is there no error_log? What did you change on your computer? What does the Netstat button tell you (upper right in the Xampp Dialog)? What does the task Manage show, which processes are running?

Without any information it is impossible to give any clue.

ok google told me to run Resource Monitor and look at the Listening Port and it just says that System is using port 80
What is system there is nothing to say what 'system' is
On anther PC (not mine) that port is being used by httpd.exe

How do i stop system from using port 80 so Xampp can use it google is not being my friend at the moment

Anyone had same issue

and yes i have reboot my PC, tried to right click on system to stop etc ...

So which of the many hints did you follow, what exactly did you try?
