Working PHP_Printer DLL PHP 5.6.30

Hello, Friends and Friends of Friends.

Each time I update to the latest XAMPP I have to go through this drill. I laid out my process in the below post.

5.4.7
5.5.11
5.6.8
5.6.21
5.6.30

Not sure if I'm the only one out there having to do this or if anyone knows a better way. But hopefully someone find this useful.
