Moved xampp folder location.

Moved xampp folder to new location and as expected the control panel does not start any service.

Which files need path to be corrected? Is it needed to re-install xampp?

I hope not; as i better start learning how to fix!

Windows services needs to be unregistered and registered new again.
Config file paths can get adjusted by executing the setup_xampp.bat file

XAMPP only uses registry values for the Windows Services and the Uninstaller (if the XAMPP installer version is used).
