Stop My Apache and MySQL on Control panel close

Using xampp control panel v3.2.2 I have been able to configure it so that it automatically runs in admin mode and also starts apache and mysql on opening.

Is there an automatic way to stop those programs on closing the control panel?

Note that I not running these programs as services, but from the start button and then control panel.
