in blank spaces

I used xampp to build a wordpress site. I used wp All-in-One WP Migration to export from xampp to a file then to import into wordpress on server. now every things works fine but any ware that I have more than one space in text I get ÃÃÃ
does any one have any idea why this would be and how I can fix this.
