MySQL shutdown

So I'm a total noob and I got this error:

Error: MySQL shutdown unexpectedly.
3:58:26 PM [mysql] This may be due to a blocked port, missing dependencies,
3:58:26 PM [mysql] improper privileges, a crash, or a shutdown by another method.

No idea what to do so plz help

Okay so I did that. Here is the error log for mysql, which repeats until it's aborted:

Here is a list of things I have tried:
Deleting ibdata1. Reappears during next install attempt.
Skype is not even logged in.
Navigating to the file that needs to open port in directory, but .exe file is not there…?
Changing the port from 3306 to 3307 in xampp\mysql\bin\my
Changing everything from xampp to xampp_new
Cmd prompt netstat -an to check if 3306 was listening, and it is. Damn it shit goddamn
Analyzed error:

Then tried to changed my.ini so that it was listening to a different port but I’m not allowed to edit the file…
Then went into services to stop the previously-installed separate mysql and got the error posted above.
