PhpMyAdmin won't add user

Hi guys

Just installed Xampp on Windows 10, no issues at all everything seems to be running perfect from all networks. Only issue I have found is when trying to create a new user in Phpmyadmin, I get this error

ERROR
Show plugins soname like '%_password_Check'

MySQL Said

#1018 - Can't read dir of c:\xampp\mysql\lib\plugin\ (errno 2 "No such file or directory)

I have looked in the above location and can confirm the folder \lib does not exist?
