XAMPP Control Panel doesn't show up

I installed XAMPP and realised, that Control Panel doesn't show up when I try to launch it. I reinstalled XAMPP and it worked after first launch. Later, after rebooting my PC and trying to launch XAMPP Control Panel it didn't show up, even though it was displayed in system tray(no actions are avaliable in system tray as well, there is only a XAMPP icon). After shutting down XAMPP process and trying to launch it again, it finally showed up from 6 try. And every time I want to launch XAMPP Control Panel it doesn't, and I need to launch it for several time to make it work. Any help would be appreciated.

Maybe a security software on your system trying to check this exe each time you execute it?
Could also be a problem with your operating system. I don't know.
Any hints in your Windows event log?
