Apache Friends Support Forum

I installed multiple sites in wordpress, but when I tried to access them I got the following error:
Access denied! error 403.
I searched and tried several things but could not get it to work. Do i need to grand access through xampp and how?
wordpress version 4.7.2
Xampp version 3.2.2

U hebt niet de toestemming om toegang te krijgen tot de gevraagde map. Er is of wel geen index document of de map is beveiligd tegen lezen.

Indien u van oordeel bent dat deze server in fout is, gelieve de webmaster te contacteren.

I changed the url and blogname and know I can the error is gone but I get a new error. error 404 page not found.
I also have no dashboard to change the theme or the individual site and if I change the theme in network options it does not change its theme, it is all the same theme
from the main site and I want all individual sites with there own theme.
