web access

i started xampp console typed in config/ apache (httpd.conf) to row #Listen mine ip adress ... saved closed
web browser shown me welcome xampp pages and i did all web accesses for me okay, but
we did same with friend pc and access was denied, started just as on local host not from web
friend did all access but me not and friend to me could... just ask for ideas thank you mates..
