I have installed xampp without problems. But when I am checking on the dashboard, the field "Modules services" are not marked with a green arrow like in all tutorials.

Why? And how to correct it?

In addition, how to work with xampp with administrator's right?

Start your control panel with elevated administrator rights (rightclick -> run as Administrator)
