Hi when I download the Php 7 version it downloads as xampp-win32-7.0.13-VC14-installer[1] Type 13-1-V14-INSTALLER[1] FILE. What do i do with it?
Not an application and I cam unzip it but meaningless files appear'

Thats a browser problem (i.e. IE9 or similar). Try another browser (Firefox, Chrome, Opera).
