Missing file in brand new download
Posted: 31. December 2016 23:12The Control panel launches fine, but with none of the modules running. When I try to launch the Apache module, an error message comes up saying I'm missing a file called 'api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll'. So far I've reinstalled the program 4 times and it hasn't worked yet. What can I do to solve this?
