brand xampp control panel

I have two xampp control panels. Sometimes both are open. Is there a way to "brand" them, say, set the background color of one to blue?
Each panel is "attached" to a different xampp install.

I think it comes with source code. The best way to do what you want is compile your own changing the window title and window text.
