Hi,

I am having issues setting up XAMPP with WordPress on my virtual server. Everything works fine when its installed on my desktop but I get a Database Connection error on the VPS. I verified the database name , admin name and password are correct yet nothing happens. I would like to know if someone could please help resolve this issue it would be greatly appreciated

So are you suggesting the issue is my VPS provider, if so do you know the exact issue that is causing the database connection error?
