How to reach my server from internet

hi!

i know this question must sound kinda easy to you. But i searched EVERYWHERE and tried nearly EVERYTHING!

i disabled my and the other pc's firewall, set up my fritz box for port 80, replaced every "requires" in the conf files to all and still it's just impossible for me to reach the destinated folder with typing my IPv6 adress in the browser.

i just don't know what to do and where to look anymore. XAMPP itself is just the... let's call it "hardcore way" because nobody can say me how to gain acess to my videos from the internet. (yes, no kidding). so i wanted my PC to be a server but even this doesn't work.

i really DONT care about security since i don't plan to activate this server 24/7. it's pointless to talk about security if i can't even make the simplest network thing i can even imagine.

i hope i wasn't too impolite. please help

be sure the fritzbox points port 80 to port 80 of your lan ip (where xampp is running).
be sure your apache is listening on the external IP too (your internet IP! if you wish to connect via lan, for your lan IP and your local IP too).
be sure your local firewall is allowing connections through port 80.
and now: look at the log files if there is an entry of someone connecting to apache. if not: your config and/or lan is not correct.

my fritzbox allows port 80 to 80 (as told)
apache listening could be it... hopefullly
i even turned my firewall of... on both pcs... temporarily of course.
in the look files is nothing about a connection at the given times...

PS: it may be the best if i show you my conf files:
httpd.conf: http://pastebin.com/9Ha3MSNd
httpd-xamp.conf: http://pastebin.com/0ns5EAFF

do you need the others too? because i didn't to anything to them.

Hm. not sure but you're pointing to "/Programme" without a partition like "c:/".
Does apache even start? What do you see when you open your browser at the same maschine where xampp is running and look at http://localhost ? Is there really no entry at the error.log?

apache DOES start. and if i try my IPv6 on my local network it connects as planned to my ext HD. (I:)
/Programme was not set by me... it must be the location of XAMPP

PS: but i got this error: [Fri Nov 11 20:10:31.463213 2016] [core:error] [pid 1204:tid 1920] (OS 5)Zugriff verweigert : [client ::1:51292] AH00127: Cannot map GET / HTTP/1.1 to file
a few times.

I care about your security and you should care too.
If your XAMPP installation will turn into an automatic spam server or will participate into a botnet doing DoS attacks to other servers or computers everybody should care.
I don't want your spam and i don't want to get attacked by your computer.

as i said: i can care about security if it finally runs.
and nobody will take over my computer. this is just for my personal use and it will only run 30 minutes per week. thats why i'm looking for a very simple way to do something which should be a 2-click-stuff.

Did you ever seen how much harm an aggressive malware can do in 30 minutes a week?
Public server administration should start with security not end with it.

all i want is the simplest thing anybody can imagine when it comes to network.
i want to use ONE file from another computer. and if some creepy virus can guess my IPv6 adress and open port to use my no-name PC to destroy the world well... who cares. i'm not here to argue about safety.
i don't even use antivirus programs since the only viruses i ever downloaded were through my own will. and those nice anti virus are always blocking the good stuff, not the bad stuff.

but if you really insist on security than: show me a SIMPLE way how the way i can open files on this computer with another computer that is NOT inside my network.
and with simple i mean: start program -> [IPv6]/Folder/video.mp4 -> play file. you know like teamviewer for file streams but since not even teamviewer supports more than 100KB/s Upload...

i mean everybody else seems to can do it why am i always the only one who can't do the most simplest things on the whole planet! do i really have to upload my whole EXT HDs to my Share Online Account?!
