Access denined when try to run Apache or MySQL service

Neither Apache or MySQL service will start. Windows Services says Error #5 Access Denined on local machine.
I also made a file premisson reset on xampp dir but nothing changed. In non-svc mode it works fine.
With a previous version of Xampp mysql svc started but Apache doesn't.
Now I have to run Xampp Control every time I need to run these servers but it wolud be better if I could run as a service like before.
