looking for Apache 2.4.16 (win32) symbols

I have installed xampp-win32-5.6.12-0-VC11-installer.exe on Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard. The Apache service (this XAMPP version comes with 2.4.16) initially was hanging every 12 hours, it would basically stop serving all sites until restart. I disabled AcceptFilter http / AcceptFilter https and this reduced the hangs to once a week, which is still a problem. I would like to take a backtrace, as described here https://httpd.apache.org/dev/debugging.html#backtrace-win, so I can take a peek at what exactly is hanging in the Apache 2.4.16 server. Unfortunately I cannot find the symbols files for this build. Are they available somewhere?
